Emergency Management Director

Our Emergency Management Officer, Roberto Carbonell is a full-time Police Officer for the Lakeshire Police Department. He has been in law enforcement since 1997 and has worked for different types of law enforcement agencies across three different states.  Officer Carbonell started his career as a Police Officer in Iowa. There he worked from a small town to a small city to County Deputy Sheriff. Officer Carbonell also worked as a Police Officer in a remote city in rural Alaska. He has been in the St Louis area since 2006, working as a Park Ranger for St Louis County and St Charles City. He also served as a Sergeant for the UMSL Police Department, before joining the Lakeshire Police Department.

Officer Carbonell is committed to the safety and security of the residents of Lakeshire, City of Lakeshire and the surrounding areas through professional collaboration and mutual aid agreements.
